Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird versucht, einen Überblick überaktuelle empirische Befunde zur Lern- und Leistungsmotivation (unter Berücksichtigung einiger verwandter Konstrukte) zu geben. Anschließend wird insbesondere die motivationale Entwicklung in der frühen Kindheit skizziert. Im Vordergrund stehen zunächst die Diagnostik der Lern- und Leistungsmotivation, anschließend die nach Einschätzung des Autors wichtigsten pädagogischen Interventionen, die auch im sonderpädagogischen Arbeitsfeld sinnvoll eingesetzt werden können. Assistance of Learning and Achievement Motivation in School – a Review of Studies. The author tries to give an actual summary of empirical results of learning and working motivation referring to related constructs. Focusing the development and diagnostics of learning and working motivation, the author gives an assessment of the most important educational interventions which are also useful in the field of special needs.
