In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird die Bindungsqualität einjähriger, motorisch entwicklungsverzögerter Kinder (n=27) im Vergleich mit einer Kontrollgruppe normal entwickelter Kinder (n=34) untersucht. Es zeigt sich, dass sich die Untersuchungs_ und die Kontrollgruppe signifikant bezüglich der Variable Bindungsqualität unterscheiden. Die Ergebnisse werden im Hinblick auf die Bedeutung der Motorik am Zustandekommen einer sicheren Bindung zum Ende des ersten Lebensjahres diskutiert.

Attachment quality and delay in motor development at the age of one year.

At the age of 12 month attachment quality of 27 children with delayed motor development was examined in comparison with an age matched control group of 34 children. Data show that the clinical and control group children differed significantly concerning their attachment quality. Results are discussed in terms of the importance of normal motor development for establishing a secure attachment at age one year.
